Senior Product Manager, Transact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap guided by market trends, customer insights, and business goals.

• Engage in all phases of the product life cycle, from conception to launch.

• Guarantee the continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.

• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to influence product decisions.

• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to produce high-quality products.

• Ensure effective alignment and communication across teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops.

• Establish and monitor key performance metrics.

• Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

• Lead zerohash's Transact products, particularly Auth, to enable secure linking and authentication of external accounts for fund movement on partner platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience in open banking or authentication-related payment products, including account verification, instant payment authorization, and risk/fraud assessments on funding sources, or similar domains.

• A technical background is essential.

• Ability to engage with implementation details alongside engineering teams.

• A tactical builder mindset with a focus on rapid shipping and iteration.

• Strong experience in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets.

• Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.

• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools, especially Jira.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.

• Experience in testing and integrating APIs.
