Senior Product Manager – TPRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product roadmap aligned with customer requirements, market dynamics, competitive insights, and organizational objectives.

• Drive ongoing product discovery by pinpointing customer challenges, validating potential opportunities, and swiftly testing assumptions.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to transition products from conception to launch, ensuring effective customer adoption.

• Utilize AI throughout the product lifecycle, encompassing customer research and synthesis, prototyping, prioritization, and product delivery.

• Seek opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and cohesive data models to minimize customer effort and facilitate intelligent risk management processes.

• Establish success metrics, assess customer outcomes, and leverage data for ongoing product enhancement.

• Oversee strategic capabilities within the Third-Party Risk Management platform, covering vendor onboarding, assessments, continuous monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation.

• Contribute to envisioning the future of AI-enhanced Third-Party Risk Management and influence the transformation of insights into scalable actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI-driven products or incorporating generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation into customer interactions.

• A track record of applying AI to improve personal product management practices.

• A builder's mindset—passionate about exploring emerging technologies, trying out new concepts, and rapidly learning through customer feedback.

• Experience in designing or managing products that reveal insights and drive actions, rather than merely providing dashboards.

• History of building and launching successful B2B products.

• Background in GRC, Third-Party Risk Management, or analytics-driven enterprise software is advantageous.
