Senior Product Manager – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Define the complete product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based solution.

• Drive product discovery, identify user requirements, assess opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on user and business impact.

• Convert ambiguous challenges and initial concepts into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering on system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical limitations.

• Tackle complex edge cases, failure modes, error recovery, permissions, and user-control scenarios.

• Work alongside design and engineering from discovery through to execution and launch.

• Conduct and integrate user research to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.

• Produce product documentation and user-facing copy.

• Make informed trade-offs between product velocity, usability, technical complexity, and system accuracy.

• Prioritize user trust, privacy, continuity, and long-term interaction quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, encompassing product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution.

• Deep understanding of UX and interaction design principles.

• Capability to transform broad, undefined issues into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.

• Proficiency in creating or effectively utilizing wireframes, prototypes, and basic artifacts.

• Strong technical comprehension of intricate software systems.

• Ability to collaborate directly with engineers on technical decisions.

• Competence in discussing LLM behavior, state management, data flows, system behavior, and edge cases with technical teams.

• Strong product judgment concerning permissions, privacy, user control, error recovery, reliability, and prolonged user interactions.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must reside in Latin America.

• Experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agent-based products, or workflow automation platforms is advantageous.

• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React is a plus.

• Formal education or professional experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is beneficial.

• Experience in taking zero-to-one products from early conception and discovery to launch is a plus.

• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced product settings is a plus.

• Familiarity with persistent memory, identity, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware experiences is a plus.
