Senior Product Manager – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Define the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based solution.

• Lead the product discovery process by identifying user requirements, assessing opportunities, and prioritizing initiatives based on both user and business impact.

• Convert ambiguous challenges and early-stage ideas into clear product specifications, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable directives.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical limitations.

• Address edge cases, failure modes, error recovery scenarios, permissions, and user control situations.

• Work alongside design and engineering teams from the discovery phase through execution and product launch.

• Conduct user research to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.

• Create product documentation and user-facing content.

• Make informed trade-offs regarding product speed, usability, technical complexity, and system accuracy.

• Prioritize user trust, privacy, continuity, and the quality of long-term interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, covering product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and implementation.

• Deep understanding of UX and interaction design principles.

• Proven skill in transforming broad, undefined issues into precise, prioritized, and actionable product specifications.

• Ability to create or effectively utilize wireframes, prototypes, and other lightweight artifacts.

• Strong technical comprehension of complex software systems.

• Capacity to discuss LLM behavior, state management, data flows, system operations, and edge cases with technical teams.

• Strong product judgment concerning permissions, privacy, user control, error recovery, reliability, and sustained user interactions.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Must reside in Latin America.

• Nice to have: experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agentic products, or workflow automation platforms.

• Nice to have: practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.

• Nice to have: formal education or professional background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

• Nice to have: experience taking products from concept to launch in a zero-to-one capacity.

• Nice to have: experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced product environments.

• Nice to have: familiarity with persistent memory, identity, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware experiences.
