Senior Product Manager – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Define the comprehensive product vision, strategic direction, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based offering.

• Drive product discovery, assess user needs, explore opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on their impact on users and the business.

• Convert unclear challenges and nascent concepts into product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and implementable specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical limitations.

• Tackle intricate edge cases, failure scenarios, error recovery processes, permissions, and user-control situations.

• Work closely with design and engineering from the discovery phase through execution and product launch.

• Conduct user research and integrate findings to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.

• Produce product documentation and user-facing product copy.

• Balance product speed, usability, technical complexity, and system accuracy.

• Keep a strong emphasis on user trust, privacy, continuity, and the quality of long-term interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, covering product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution.

• In-depth knowledge of UX and interaction design principles.

• Capability to transform broad, undefined issues into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.

• Proficiency in creating or effectively utilizing wireframes, prototypes, and lightweight artifacts.

• Strong technical knowledge of complex software systems.

• Ability to engage in discussions about LLM behavior, state management, data flows, system functionality, and edge cases.

• Solid product judgment regarding permissions, privacy, user control, error recovery, reliability, and prolonged user interactions.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must reside in Latin America.

• Preferred/differential: experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agentic products, or workflow automation platforms.

• Preferred/differential: knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.

• Preferred/differential: formal education or professional background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

• Preferred/differential: experience in zero-to-one product development.

• Preferred/differential: background in early-stage startups or high-velocity product environments.

• Preferred/differential: familiarity with persistent memory, identity management, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware experiences.
