This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive social journeys that encompass discovery, following, sharing of ideas or trades, responses, and return visits.
• Design navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback mechanisms, including handling empty, failure, loading, and reversal states.
• Craft interactive prototypes, investigate alternatives, test uncertain areas, and supply engineering with flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize behavioral psychology to enhance posting, following, recognition, reputation, visibility, and participation.
• Facilitate usability sessions, monitor task completion, and integrate research findings with funnel data.
• Create user experiences for initial use and repeated interactions, including lightweight sharing during active trading and public visibility controls.
• Specify expected behavior and metrics for significant changes; monitor task completion, abandonment rates, follows, contributions, responses, and retention metrics.
• Partner with data science to assess experiments and their impact on contributors and audiences.
• Guide products through launch, address engineering trade-offs, review implementation, and utilize post-launch insights to prioritize enhancements.
• Develop social experiences centered around investing and trading at Kraken, a platform for crypto trading and financial infrastructure.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a senior or higher role.
• More than 2 years of experience in launching consumer social experiences, including feeds, profiles, and discovery features.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering consumer social experiences.
• Strong skills in interaction design.
• Capability to create realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, coding, AI tools, or a combination thereof.
• Proficiency in utilizing user research and evidence to guide design choices.
• Skill in prioritizing issues, defining success metrics, interpreting funnel and cohort data, and assessing experiments.
• Knowledge of credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility concerning financial activities within social finance.
• Willingness to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments.
• Ability to work from a designated city and country; sponsorship requirements must be disclosed.
