This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop comprehensive social journeys focused on investment and trading experiences.
• Define navigation, information structures, text, defaults, gestures, feedback, empty states, loading states, and error states.
• Build interactive prototypes to investigate alternatives, test ambiguous areas, and clarify workflows and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Utilize psychological principles to enhance participation, sharing, following, recognition, reputation, and feedback.
• Conduct usability sessions and integrate user observations with funnel analytics.
• Create experiences tailored for both first-time and repeat users, including managed sharing during active trading.
• Specify expected behaviors and metrics for major product modifications.
• Monitor task completion, abandonment rates, initial follows, first contributions, responses, and user retention.
• Collaborate with data science to assess experiments and their impact on contributors and audiences.
• Determine initial scope, address trade-offs with engineering, oversee implementation, and leverage post-launch insights to prioritize enhancements.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a senior-level position or higher.
• More than 2 years of experience delivering consumer social experiences, such as feeds, profiles, or discovery interfaces.
• Proven experience in designing and launching consumer social experiences.
• Strong expertise in interaction design.
• Capability to create realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, coding, AI tools, or a combination thereof.
• Proficient in leveraging user research and data to guide design decisions.
• Skilled in prioritizing issues, defining success metrics, interpreting funnel and cohort data, and assessing experiments.
• Knowledgeable about credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility concerning financial activities in social finance.
• Competent in designing workflows, creating interactive prototypes, and collaborating on interaction details with designers and engineers.
