
Senior Product Manager – Skylar Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision and roadmap for Skylar Analytics, focusing on data modeling requirements, customer-facing reports, and query functionalities.
• Develop and deliver connectors, data structures, and reporting templates for Power BI and Superset.
• Streamline customer time-to-value without the need for custom development.
• Work in collaboration with data engineering and data science teams to define and enhance the operational data model.
• Collaborate with the Skylar One team to establish and uphold the data pipeline contract.
• Determine the operational data to be sent to the Skylar AI platform, including its fidelity and evolution.
• Lead the implementation of anomaly detection and predictive alerting in Analytics by defining customer-facing machine learning outputs and use cases.
• Collaborate with the Skylar Advisor team to enhance shared data infrastructure and integrate Analytics data into agentic capabilities.
• Manage the go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging, and narrative for Skylar Analytics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for a reporting, analytics, or business intelligence product.
• Proven experience in delivering dashboards and reporting templates that are accessible to non-technical users.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers on dimensional modeling, OLAP cubes, schema design, and query performance considerations.
• Proficient in SQL, including writing queries, examining data, and validating assumptions.
• Understanding of ClickHouse, dbt, data warehouse architecture, and analytical pipelines.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Superset, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
• Strong grasp of data science principles related to anomaly detection and machine learning pipelines.
• Experience in leading go-to-market strategies for technical products.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Proficient in using Jira software.
• Background in IT operations, observability, or infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
• Experience with agentic AI products or platforms powered by large language models is a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or metrics ingestion pipelines is desirable.
• Knowledge of data governance and cataloging is advantageous.
• Experience with Apache Superset is a plus.
• Experience with ClickHouse databases is a plus.
