Senior Product Manager, Retrospective Risk Adjustment Coding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product roadmap for the Coding Data Platform, balancing engineering, client, and platform needs.

• Articulate product trade-offs to senior leadership effectively.

• Spearhead integration strategies with clients as well as Datavant’s retrieval business, including the transition to the new Document Services layer.

• Propel the automation of the project setup lifecycle from data receipt to downstream availability.

• Establish metrics that render pipeline performance visible and actionable.

• Ensure consistency in data specifications and ingestion profiles across MA, ACA, and Medicaid programs.

• Guarantee HIPAA and CMS compliance while minimizing manual configuration errors.

• Formulate dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and project routing logic for client migrations.

• Collaborate across Data Integration, ML Platform, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Retrieval, Operations, and Client Success teams.

• Maintain clarity in RACI and remove cross-functional roadblocks.

• Facilitate scalable, reliable, and efficient data ingestion pipelines while managing product-service databases.

• Ensure comprehensive visibility into pipelines and databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 2 years in data platforms or data integration roles.

• Proven experience as a product manager involved in a multi-team platform migration.

• Technical proficiency in data pipeline concepts, including pipeline architecture, database replication, and API design, without the necessity of coding.

• Capacity to tackle complex challenges and deliver results in dynamic, uncertain environments.

• Familiarity with cloud-based document repositories, Snowflake/Databricks, or OCR/document ingestion pipelines is a plus.
