Senior Product Manager – Provider Rebates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and refine the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap (6+ quarters) for designated product areas, in alignment with company goals and market demands.

• Enable prioritization with stakeholders by utilizing structured frameworks such as value versus effort, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.

• Lead discovery initiatives with customers, internal users, and domain experts to validate issues prior to proposing solutions.

• Convert validated requirements into epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and business context.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and changes in scope, driving towards resolution.

• Oversee release planning and readiness for assigned product areas, ensuring that features are usable, valuable, and supportable.

• Facilitate reviews of the roadmap, prioritization discussions, and decision-making forums with senior leaders.

• Represent the product in discussions with customers, translating feedback into actionable insights and decisions.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate roadmap initiatives and contribute to quarterly and annual planning.

• Align priorities with capacity limitations and assist in discussions regarding resource allocation.

• Coach and mentor business analysts on best practices related to discovery, prioritization, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable travel distance from the Philadelphia office.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, demonstrating ownership of complex products.

• Extensive experience in the US Pharmaceutical Market Access sector, including Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Rebates, or Chargebacks.

• Strong comprehension of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and operational workflows.

• Proven capability to lead effectively within Agile environments (Scrum) and collaborate successfully with Engineering and QA teams.

• Experience with system integration, revenue management, or business operations platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and contemporary product lifecycle management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
