
Senior Product Manager, Product Services – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess and articulate customer-requested enhancements, fintech integrations, and sales obligations.
• Oversee the complete delivery process from requirements collection and solution formulation to development, testing, implementation, and launch.
• Sustain delivery progress across customers, vendors, and engineering partners.
• Organize and prioritize a portfolio of client commitments, sales gap obligations, and strategic product support projects.
• Detect and eliminate delivery obstacles related to vendor preparedness, environments, test data, technical specifications, dependencies, and implementation procedures.
• Act as the product lead for integrations involving APIs, SSO, eDocs, check images, RDC, authentication providers, and external fintech solutions.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collect requirements, confirm technical capabilities, address implementation challenges, and drive decision-making with financial institutions and vendors.
• Assist customer commitments across strategic product teams and digital banking functionalities.
• Relay project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to customers, sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the digital banking ecosystem, integration patterns, fintech partnerships, and best practices in implementation.
• Enhance Product Services processes, integration delivery methodologies, and implementation strategies.
• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Services, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, Business Analysis, or a related field in customer-facing software delivery.
• Proven experience in dynamic, customer-oriented delivery settings.
• Experience in leading customer-facing software projects in conjunction with engineering teams, third-party vendors, and enterprise clients.
• Proficient in managing intricate integrations, implementation commitments, feature enhancements, or software delivery projects from initial concept to production.
• Skilled in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication technologies, SSO, data exchange frameworks, and enterprise software integrations.
• Capability to engage with customer technical teams, fintech vendors, and engineers.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers, financial institutions, and third-party technology vendors.
• Competence in requirements elicitation, documentation, dependency identification, and solution formulation.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital banking products, fintech integrations, and third-party service providers.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across customers, vendors, engineering, sales, and leadership.
• Strong inclination towards action, accountability, decision-making, escalation, and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Ability to navigate complex delivery challenges involving multiple teams, vendors, and dependencies.
• Utilizes qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize tasks, evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and enhance delivery results.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for full-time employment.
• An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred: experience with digital banking, fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, SSO providers, eDocs, check images, RDC, payment platforms, authentication providers, financial data exchange, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, third-party vendors, vendor onboarding, certification, sandbox testing, implementation planning, production readiness, contractual commitments, and process enhancement.
