Lead Product Manager – Commercial Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Commercial Real Estate product lifecycle for On-demand HVAC and Submeter Billing, spanning from discovery to delivery and iteration.

• Establish and uphold a transparent CRE Product roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives.

• Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, and distill insights into actionable product decisions.

• Compose clear and concise requirements, encompassing user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Partner with go-to-market teams to guarantee successful launches and user adoption.

• Monitor and report on KPIs to assess product success and inform future enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-centric environment.

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a significant advantage.

• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products.

• Strong customer empathy and experience in user research methodologies.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, remote teams.

• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using tools such as SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel (or willing to learn).

• Proficient with tools like Figma, Jira, Product Board, Monday.com, or similar design and product development platforms.

• Must be capable of working during Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship will be offered).

• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Technical background or knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud services.
