This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take full ownership of multiple platform product areas, overseeing strategy, roadmap, initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with dependent teams and stakeholders.
• Establish success criteria and ensure that products achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Enhance commercial performance metrics, including margin, yield, and conversion rates.
• Identify and define new opportunities.
• Provide clear direction and rationale to squads.
• Simplify complex and ambiguous challenges into well-defined initiatives with specific outcomes.
• Work closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, data scientists, leadership, and commercial partner teams.
• Analyze data and documentation, conduct quality assurance on features, and troubleshoot alongside engineers.
• Advance the team’s product development methodologies.
• Integrate AI into product initiatives and assist the team in enhancing its AI applications.
• Report directly to the Group Product Manager for the relevant domain.
• A minimum of 6 years in product management, or less with a robust engineering or data-focused background.
• Proven experience in owning platform or technical products that produced outcomes such as pricing, offers, rankings, matches, or data feeds.
• Strong understanding of systems that extend beyond the user interface.
• Proficient in data-driven product development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Capability to convert solutions into actionable requirements.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, data models, algorithms, and recommendation systems.
• Able to engage with engineers on architecture-influencing decisions.
• Experience in working with, utilizing, and enabling products to generate data.
• Skilled in influencing decision-making across all organizational levels in diverse contexts.
• Experience transitioning between product domains and quickly acclimating to new environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Candidates should be located within CET +/-3 time zones.
• Preferred: a degree in a scientific or engineering field; experience in marketplaces, adtech, game tech, or travel; familiarity with two-sided marketplace economics.
