Senior Product Manager, Payments – Business Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Payments process from strategy and discovery to delivery, iteration, and operational execution.

• Establish product direction, prioritize initiatives, and maintain a targeted roadmap.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to streamline onboarding, KYB/KYC, payee setup, approval processes, and multi-currency settlements.

• Partner with embedded finance to enhance core payment infrastructure, influencing its roadmap and ensuring smooth operations across entities, currencies, and geographical locations.

• Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and banking partners to ensure regulatory adherence and reliability.

• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, retention, payment volume, and payment speed.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.

• Launch and expand the Business Account Payments product tailored for global business clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 5 years in fintech, payments, or SaaS platform environments.

• Experience managing products from inception to completion, rather than overseeing a single feature.

• A proven history of launching and scaling intricate payment products, including cross-border, B2B, treasury, payment rails, or funding solutions.

• Required direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payment solutions, or digital asset infrastructure.

• Strong comprehension of multi-currency and multi-entity payment operations.

• Technical fluency with the ability to communicate effectively with payments and engineering teams.

• A record of simplifying complex financial workflows while ensuring thoroughness.

• An analytical and strategic approach.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.

• Familiarity with card-to-bank payments, invoice financing, or FX settlement is a plus.

• Experience in early-stage startups or scaling organizations across various regions is advantageous.

• Knowledge of regional payment ecosystems, particularly in APAC or LatAm, is beneficial.
