Senior Product Manager – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of products centered around payment solutions.

• Design and implement experiments aimed at enhancing conversion rates, activation, and user engagement.

• Examine the comprehensive card issuance, processing, and acquiring process, pinpointing areas of friction and potential enhancements.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with both internal stakeholders and external customers, as well as ecosystem partners.

• Establish business guidelines for new features and integrations related to cards and payment terminals (acquiring).

• Track performance indicators, which include issuance rates, conversion metrics, drop-off statistics, delinquency rates, and overall costs.

• Investigate user profiles of individuals who fail to activate or cease using the product.

• Collaborate technically with teams to refine user stories and verify proposed solutions.

• Work alongside CRM, Growth, and CX teams on initiatives aimed at boosting adoption and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of financial products or payment processes, including card systems and acquiring.

• Proficiency in data analysis, covering funnels, product metrics, performance, and user engagement.

• Experience in discovery methodologies, including conducting interviews, framing problems, and validation techniques.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication abilities.

• An analytical and data-oriented mindset.

• Flexibility and the capability to adapt to various scenarios.

• Innovative thinking in formulating hypotheses and solutions to improve conversion rates.

• Direct involvement with payment options, card systems, and acquiring processes.

• Familiarity with payment integrations, including payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, fraud prevention measures, and digital wallets.

• Knowledge of billing practices and metrics related to digital payments.

• Experience with financial products or solutions for B2B billing.
