This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide guidance on payment strategies and roadmaps while executing strategic priorities.
• Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to pinpoint growth opportunities in B2B payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable workflows.
• Facilitate roadmap planning sessions and convert priorities into sequenced execution plans aligned with KPI targets.
• Create an embedded fintech experience that minimizes friction, enhances monetization, and aids in the expansion into related products.
• Establish product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for engineering and design teams.
• Evaluate customer and partner experiences to identify friction points and enhance onboarding, payment method selection, and capital offer flows.
• Take ownership of outcomes related to payment volume, activation, attach rates, monetization, Pay by Bank/Link usage, Instant Payout adoption, and capital acceptance and take rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and external payment partners such as Stripe.
• Prioritize bugs and client requests that influence activation and retention.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies, including packaging, pricing, messaging, positioning, training, integration usability, and field marketing.
• Conduct discovery and user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to fintech, B2B payments, or accounts receivable/payable solutions.
• Proven history of owning and advancing payment or fintech KPIs.
• Solid understanding of payment processing, payment facilitation, and B2B transaction workflows.
• Practical experience with modern payment platforms; familiarity with Stripe is preferred, along with experience in Adyen or similar processors.
• Experience working alongside engineering and design teams within an Agile framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities for prioritization, target-setting, and KPI measurement.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of spend management, embedded payroll, remote deposit capture, or other embedded fintech products.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development methodologies.
