This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish enduring relationships with product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Stripe, and prominent fundraising agencies and consultancies.
• Identify strategic ecosystem signals and provide product-story material, encompassing emerging needs, validation, value, and lightweight specifications.
• Evaluate partner opportunities in relation to Fundraise Up's platform architecture, capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, and roadmap realities.
• Participate in Dreamforce, HubSpot Unbound, ecosystem summits, and partner events; create written outcome memos detailing implications.
• Monitor developments from Stripe, Visa, PayPal, and Agentforce to ensure Fundraise Up can act proactively.
• Identify agency and reseller opportunities, including wedge plays, white-label demand, and warm-door prospects.
• Submit signals to the shared intake for conversion into quantified bets.
• Represent the product during U.S. meetings and address capability and architecture inquiries.
• Provide product-focused narratives and feasibility-checked cases to support PMM.
• Travel to conferences and in-person partner and agency meetings, up to 30% of the time.
• This role does not manage the product roadmap, prioritization, engineering/design execution, integrations delivery, partner accounts, or commercial terms.
• Direct experience within one of the Salesforce / HubSpot / Stripe partner ecosystems, relevant adjacent partner-domain experience with these platforms, or a proven ability to develop this kind of relationship network from the ground up — any of the three is acceptable.
• Capable of sizing a market motion — including ICP, mechanics, and revenue logic — rather than merely describing it.
• Develops and maintains architecture-level knowledge of the platform — including capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, and future developments — sufficient to lead any technical discussion without overseeing delivery.
• Generates cases that a product organization can act upon; the primary output of this role is written documentation.
• Comfortable influencing others without direct authority; achieves goals through collaboration with counterparts you do not control.
• Proficiency in the Russian language is required — serving as a communication bridge to a predominantly Russian-speaking product and engineering team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees with families.
• FSA and HSA Spending Accounts available.
• 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays, and an additional floating holiday.
• 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
• 100% company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.
• Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
• Generous home office stipend to enhance your remote workspace.
• Annual professional development stipend to facilitate your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
• Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
