Senior Product Manager – Order Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within the Fulfillment sector.

• Propel both iterative and innovative product concepts from initial discovery to full-scale launch.

• Collaborate with design and research teams to gain insights into customer and shopper needs as well as in-store retail shopping experiences.

• Establish success metrics and manage experimentation initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.

• Work in tandem with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams.

• Deliver features that are responsibly constructed at scale, balancing speed, quality, and compliance.

• Foster stakeholder alignment, communicate trade-offs and decisions, and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business impact.

• Map out shopper and customer flows utilizing AI and LLM technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in operationally intricate physical environments.

• Proven experience in developing products from inception to scaled delivery.

• Strong data literacy and analytical capabilities.

• Skill in articulating complex concepts clearly and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Extensive understanding of shopper and customer experiences.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments while upholding high standards.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI and LLM technologies.

• Capacity to work responsibly while considering compliance factors.
