This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids, Brightline's collaboration with California's DHCS.
• Lead the expansion of public sector partnerships as the business evolves.
• Create, prioritize, and communicate the public sector product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to transform business challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Fulfill state and agency commitments, including program requirements, notification and reporting duties, and ensuring language access.
• Establish foundational product and platform capabilities for new state and grant-funded initiatives.
• Assist in sales discussions, partnership negotiations, and program presentations with state, agency, and community partners.
• Define, assess, and enhance metrics such as renewal probability, district/school adoption, program utilization, and operational throughput.
• Navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Mentor Product Managers and promote excellence in the product discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in building healthcare technology products.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving institutional, governmental, or public-sector-adjacent buyers.
• Proficient in navigating political, institutional, and cost-share dynamics.
• Proven ability to start from zero and build a strategic roadmap from the ground up.
• Direct experience collaborating with go-to-market, marketing, or sales teams to create and validate pitches, positioning, and value propositions.
• Comfortable functioning in a product marketing and client-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, product analytics tools, experimentation, and data-driven product strategy.
• Demonstrated capability to independently lead large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

• Must reside in the United States and maintain permanent residency.
• Experience in behavioral health or hybrid digital/physical healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with government, education-sector, or grant-funded program contracts is a plus.
