This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing campaigns across digital, retail, paid, owned, earned, lifecycle, and CRM channels.

• Create strategies for product positioning and messaging to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

• Design and execute customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

• Develop roadmaps for A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, offers, and channel mix.

• Manage relationships across various functions including Product, Sales, Care, Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Finance.

• Oversee project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and the resolution of any roadblocks.

• Communicate the status, results, and potential risks of campaigns to leadership.

• Conduct competitive analyses and prepare market intelligence reports.

• Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.

• Translate research and analytical findings into actionable strategies.

• Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as gross adds, churn, ARPU, and engagement KPIs.

• Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to assess effectiveness and refine strategy.

• Establish and document best practices in marketing.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Advanced understanding of marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or Marketo.

• Strong proficiency in analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.

• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership.

• Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B or multivariate testing techniques.

• Capability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska.

• Background check may be required due to access to proprietary customer data.
