πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop product features that enable members to discover, select, and engage with Netflix content.

β€’ Create user experiences and solutions that simplify and enhance the process of finding something to watch or play.

β€’ Collaborate across TV, mobile, tablet, and web platforms.

β€’ Establish and steer product strategy and roadmap informed by member needs, analytics, and business objectives.

β€’ Work in partnership with engineering, data science, design, and research teams to transform ideas from concept to execution and iteration.

β€’ Recognize high-impact opportunities while balancing immediate enhancements with long-term investments.

β€’ Foster alignment among teams responsible for different aspects of the member discovery journey.

β€’ Evaluate how product initiatives scale across various surfaces, use cases, and content types.

β€’ Deliver high-quality consumer products that achieve measurable results.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing or platform-oriented products.

β€’ Strong product judgment with the capability to define strategy and roadmap amidst ambiguous challenges.

β€’ Technical fluency that allows for close collaboration with engineering and data teams, along with an understanding of system-level trade-offs.

β€’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups, including engineering, design, data science, research, and other product managers.

β€’ Experience in building and launching products that span multiple platforms and serve as essential capabilities.

β€’ Excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

β€’ A data-informed approach, utilizing metrics, experimentation, and research to inform decisions.

β€’ Capability to link product choices to broader business objectives and drive measurable results.

β€’ Proactive attitude and growth mindset with a focus on action and continuous improvement.

β€’ A strong passion for and interest in TV, movies, games, and entertainment culture is highly desirable.
