
Global Upstream Product Manager – Enabling Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Oversee upstream product development projects for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, with an emphasis on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Convert surgeon feedback and clinical insights into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
• Foster collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams throughout the entire process from concept to launch.
• Execute market research, competitive assessments, and technology evaluations.
• Create and sustain product roadmaps and identify gaps through analyses.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and strategies for product launches in conjunction with downstream marketing.
• Produce training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation.
• Offer product forecasts and collaborate with operations and supply chain for demand planning.
• Act as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Assist with promotions, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools.
• Contribute to innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Between 4-8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales.
• At least 3+ years in medical device marketing, or equivalent experience in medical device sales, ideally with exposure to upstream product development.
• Prior clinical experience related to tech-enabled knee arthroplasty.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Strategic mindset with robust analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
• Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.
• Experience working with global teams and adapting to diverse market needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, both domestically and internationally.
• A valid US passport, or the ability to obtain one, and the capability to travel freely within and outside the United States.
