Senior Product Manager, Order Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality within Fulfillment.

• Propel both iterative and innovative product ideas from the discovery phase to large-scale launch.

• Collaborate with design and research teams to gain insights into customer and shopper requirements.

• Leverage knowledge of in-store retail shopping experiences.

• Establish success metrics and implement A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.

• Enhance engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.

• Work together with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams.

• Deliver well-constructed features at scale while balancing speed, quality, and compliance.

• Align stakeholders, communicate trade-offs and decisions, and prioritize based on customer and business impact.

• Outline shopper and customer flows utilizing AI and LLM technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management.

• Ideally, experience in operationally intricate physical environments.

• Proven track record of building products from inception to large-scale delivery.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on data and make informed trade-offs.

• Capability to clearly convey complex concepts and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Profound understanding of shopper and customer experiences.

• Accountability for both customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments while upholding high standards.

• Candidates must reside in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia, Canada.
