Senior Product Manager – OpenCRQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ, concentrating on Cyber Risk Quantification.

• Challenge and refine the foundational product model, which includes the data model, highlighted controls, and risk communication strategies.

• Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to validate the product direction, prioritize challenges, and identify high-impact opportunities.

• Make informed product decisions based on data and align stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities.

• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D leadership to translate product strategy into tangible outcomes.

• Work together with Business, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and leadership to generate measurable customer and business value.

• Assess and advance strategic ecosystem opportunities, including alignment with the FAIR Institute and partnerships with breach/data providers.

• Contribute to Product Management methodologies, including AI-assisted discovery, prioritization, and delivery workflows.

• Engage actively in AI-driven prototype development utilizing AI Agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or a closely related field.

• Ability to analyze quantitative and probabilistic risk, including threat distributions, likelihood, impact, and financial exposure.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity from both offensive and defensive perspectives.

• Experience with AI throughout the entire product delivery cycle.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management to align Engineering, Product, Business, and leadership teams.

• Proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of French is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with open-source products or communities is a plus.
