This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee the Network Discovery product segment, encompassing discovery functionalities, vendor and technology support, data integrity, scalability, and associated platform foundations.
• Make informed product decisions that balance customer requirements, technical limitations, business implications, and the long-term vision of the product.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Field teams, and customers to grasp challenges, validate priorities, and outline the product scope.
• Take ownership of roadmap decisions, determining what to develop, postpone, or set aside.
• Enhance the reliability, coverage, speed, and effectiveness of network discovery functionalities.
• Convert technical complexities into priorities, problem definitions, and delivery strategies.
• Utilize customer insights, product metrics, field feedback, and technical expertise for prioritization.
• Work in partnership with Engineering to devise solutions, navigate trade-offs, and deliver quality product outcomes.
• Elevate product-thinking standards through clarity, accountability, and systematic decision-making.
• Leverage AI to enhance product discovery, vendor support analysis, customer workflow comprehension, prioritization, documentation, and internal product methodologies.
• A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise software, infrastructure, platform, security, observability, networking, or other technically intricate domains.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization capabilities.
• High level of ownership and the ability to create momentum autonomously.
• Practical experience in drafting problem statements, analyzing customer feedback, assessing technical trade-offs, defining scope, and fostering alignment.
• Practical application of AI tools for discovery, analysis, writing, synthesis, prioritization, prototyping, customer insight, and decision-making support.
• Capability to function at both strategic and detailed levels, from guiding product direction and roadmap trade-offs to feature scope, edge cases, and release readiness.
• Customer fluency: adept at engaging with users, validating issues, recognizing patterns, and translating feedback into product strategies.
• Strong collaborative skills with Engineering and the ability to reconcile customer value with implementation realities.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and advancing without complete data.
• Clear communication skills across Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership teams.
• Networking experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in applying AI/ML to product functionalities, customer workflows, automation, or internal product practices is highly valued.
