Senior Product Manager – Merchant Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and expand Affirm's partner portfolio to streamline the onboarding process for merchants wishing to offer Affirm as a payment option.

• Assume product ownership of current vertical software partnerships while enhancing the broader platform partner portfolio.

• Develop a Partner Acceleration Strategy aimed at expediting future partner integrations and facilitating scalability.

• Collaborate with teams from commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch, and enhance integrations.

• Collect product performance feedback and insights from platform partners to stimulate merchant growth.

• Establish and prioritize product features and requirements.

• Create and oversee the product roadmap for the wider 1:Many growth team.

• Formulate success metrics and OKRs.

• Work alongside commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have directly managed various technical software products from initiation through to post-launch stages.

• Proven track record of delivering meaningful business outcomes from managed products.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineers, collaborating in Figma with designers, and analyzing data with data analysts.

• Possess the discipline and organizational skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrate a bias toward action with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges.

• Capable of transforming incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.

• Direct experience in delivering high-quality products on schedule.

• Comfortable with the commercial facets of product development and roles that interact externally with partners.

• Bonus: Experience in Fintech, Lending, e-commerce, or BNPL is advantageous.
