Senior Product Manager, Measurement Studies, Platforms & Data Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for both existing and new measurement offerings.

• Assess product initiatives based on their impact on clients, market opportunities, potential revenue, competitive advantages, and investment needs.

• Collaborate with Commercial and Client Success teams to enhance product adoption, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful client interactions.

• Take ownership of product prioritization, feature definition, requirements gathering, and scope management.

• Manage DTC and HCP measurement studies, including digital media, television, cross-channel measurement, attribution, and incrementality.

• Supervise measurement platforms and business intelligence reporting solutions.

• Oversee Data-as-a-Service products and data integrations.

• Identify and cultivate new product opportunities and revenue-generating solutions.

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from market research and concept development to launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.

• Utilize customer feedback, market insights, and performance metrics to improve products and enhance user experience.

• Advocate for best practices in measurement methodologies, analytics, reporting, dashboard design, data visualization, and user-centered product development.

• Ensure consistency across product teams for unified measurement standards, integrated experiences, and scalable platform capabilities.

• Manage and mentor two Product Owners.

• Build relationships with healthcare clients and industry partners.

• Convert client challenges and business objectives into effective product solutions.

• Collaborate on positioning, messaging, launch planning, and go-to-market readiness.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitive offerings, healthcare advertising technologies, regulatory changes, and measurement methodologies.

• Ensure that privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations are integrated into all products.

• Assist in strategic planning and investment decisions to foster portfolio growth, innovation, and operational scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare, analytics, media, advertising technology, or data-driven organizations.

• Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, measurement practices, marketing technology, and analytics platforms.

• Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps that align with business objectives, customer needs, and technical limitations.

• Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to commercialization and ongoing enhancement.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile and matrixed environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively across executive leadership, commercial teams, clients, and technical organizations.

• Strategic mindset complemented by strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through product innovation, commercialization, and client engagement.

• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or related field).

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical advertising, media measurement, or healthcare data analytics.

• Preferred: Familiarity with IQVIA, clinical, claims, prescription, audience, or healthcare marketing datasets.

• Preferred: Knowledge of attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and advanced measurement frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and commercialization plans.

• Preferred: Understanding of digital advertising technologies, including DSPs, SSPs, data providers, publishers, and media platforms.
