Senior Product Manager, Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Define, advocate for, and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments that enhance the Lucie Health Marketplace platform.

• Establish OKRs and KPIs to evaluate business and operational impacts while identifying areas for improvement.

• Assemble the appropriate stakeholders to address strategic or execution-related challenges.

• Resolve issues across various teams and domains, identify root causes, and drive resolution, balancing speed, scalability, and quality.

• Lead intricate initiatives, manage timelines, ensure accountability across functions, and identify potential risks.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to collect user insights and deliver innovative functionalities.

• Clearly articulate requirements and share them with stakeholders utilizing data and user research insights.

• Create documentation that junior team members can learn from.

• Mentor junior members of the product team.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience collaborating across functions with engineers, designers, operations specialists, and others in a Product Management or related role.

• At least 4 years of experience in driving thorough prioritization processes.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with technology systems, possessing an understanding of basic tech infrastructure such as backend services and database relationships.

• Experience utilizing database tools like SQL.

• More than 2 years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.

• At least 2 years of experience in diagnosing ambiguous problems, creating roadmaps toward solutions, and effectively executing those plans.

• Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Experience in eCommerce or two-sided marketplaces is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
