Senior Product Manager, Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define, advocate for, and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments that drive the Lucie Health Marketplace platform.

• Establish OKRs and KPIs to assess business and operational impacts, while identifying areas for improvement.

• Assemble the right stakeholders to tackle strategic or execution challenges.

• Identify root causes and address inter-team and cross-domain issues while maintaining a balance between speed, scalability, and quality.

• Lead intricate initiatives, influencing without direct authority while managing timelines, responsibilities, and potential risks.

• Work closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to collect user insights and deliver innovative functionalities.

• Clearly articulate requirements and communicate them to stakeholders utilizing data and user research insights.

• Develop materials that junior team members can learn from.

• Provide mentorship to junior product team members.

• Report to the Director of Product Management.

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, designers, operations specialists, and others in a Product Management or closely related role.

• More than 4 years of experience in executing rigorous prioritization processes.

• At least 4 years of experience with technology systems and a foundational understanding of technology infrastructure, including backend services and database relationships.

• Proficiency in utilizing database tools such as SQL.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.

• At least 2 years of experience in diagnosing ambiguous problems, developing roadmaps toward solutions, and successfully implementing those plans.

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Experience in eCommerce or two-sided marketplaces is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
