Senior Product Manager, Many Merchant Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand Affirm's partner portfolio to streamline the onboarding process for merchants wishing to offer Affirm as a payment option.

• Assume product ownership for existing vertical software partnerships while enhancing the wider platform partner portfolio.

• Develop robust capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to facilitate quicker and more scalable future integrations.

• Work in collaboration with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering teams to define, implement, and enhance partner integrations.

• Establish relationships with platform partners to collect product-performance insights and promote merchant growth.

• Identify and prioritize product features and requirements aimed at enhancing the experiences of customers, partners, and merchants.

• Create and oversee the product roadmap for the larger 1:Many growth team.

• Establish success metrics and OKRs.

• Collaborate with commercial and product marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have directly managed multiple technical software products from inception to post-launch, achieving significant business outcomes.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineers, iterating designs in Figma with designers, and analyzing funnels alongside data analysts.

• Possess discipline, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures.

• Exhibit a bias toward action and the capability to overcome obstacles and challenges.

• Ability to transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information into actionable plans.

• Direct experience in delivering high-quality products on schedule.

• Comfortable with the commercial aspects of product development and engaging with external partners.

• Bonus: Experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL industries.
