This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for Mail’s administrative and team-management functionalities.
• Oversee visibility into usage, activity tracking, adoption reporting, and access audits.
• Lead the enterprise onboarding and migration processes.
• Provide champions with tools and evidence to advocate for Mail within the organization.
• Define and enhance the enterprise buyer journey through evaluation, pilot, deployment, expansion, and renewal phases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create a prioritized overview of enterprise needs.
• Differentiate sustainable product patterns from unique customer requests.
• Articulate product tradeoffs in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Work alongside platform, security, and compliance teams for integration of identity, provisioning, and governance.
• Evaluate activation rates, early-week retention, feature adoption, and admin value surfaces.
• Develop the ideal customer profile and outline the journey to Product Market Fit.
• Engage with economic buyers, IT administrators, internal champions, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
• Background in admin, account management, onboarding, or usage-analytics products within a B2B SaaS context.
• Direct engagement with enterprise buyers and administrators.
• Proven experience in facilitating deals or deployments through product initiatives.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and provisioning processes.
• Experience collaborating with security and compliance teams.
• Knowledge of both self-serve and enterprise operational strategies.
• Insight into product-led funnels within large organizations.
• Experience designing solutions for IT administrators, end users, and finance or procurement stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in creating simple experiences within complex systems.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in managing tasks and priorities across various projects.
• Strong analytical skills to execute work efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
