Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Payouts process from ACH to same-day pay and new payment solutions.

• Execute effectively on well-defined challenges utilizing sound judgment.

• Anticipate edge cases prior to release and uphold a high standard of quality.

• Determine when to take independent action and when to escalate matters to a manager.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure reliable delivery.

• Directly engage with partners to comprehend payout workflows and guide product decisions.

• Experience in product management within technology firms.

• Proven history of thorough, low-iteration execution on well-defined tasks.

• Strong judgment regarding when to escalate issues versus managing them independently.

• Previous experience in payments is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Comfort in collaborating with engineering, operations, and external partners.

• Willingness to participate in the annual 3-day company offsite in the spring.

• Must have eligibility to work in the United States.

• Capability to fulfill responsibilities remotely without distractions while maintaining quality, communication, and productivity.
