Senior Product Manager – LTV and Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty for both Kraken and Pro.

• Ensure the product strategy aligns with growth objectives and business unit goals.

• Take ownership of retention rates, session frequencies, and lifetime value metrics.

• Lead product development from the discovery and validation stages through to launch and iteration.

• Direct product development efforts towards utility, repeat usage, and behavioral reinforcement.

• Create growth loops and in-product mechanics to enhance usage frequency and depth.

• Design gamification elements, rewards, social features, and habit-forming designs.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams on A/B and multivariate testing at scale.

• Utilize testing outcomes to make prompt, data-driven decisions.

• Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to execute targeted engagement campaigns.

• Formulate personalized push notifications, in-app messaging, and email strategies based on behavioral insights.

• Design and fine-tune client segmentation frameworks.

• Tailor user experiences and enhance customer journeys.

• Collaborate with Consumer and Pro Business Leads to ensure product goals align with user personas, market demands, and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• More than 2 years dedicated to engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth.

• Experience in the crypto or fintech sector is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in utilizing data for decision-making.

• Background in growth product management.

• Knowledge of experimentation, funnel optimization, and behavioral psychology.

• Proven track record of launching engagement features such as notification systems, loyalty/rewards programs, or community-driven functionalities.

• Experience with both mobile and web applications.

• Comfort in navigating technical discussions with engineers.

• Profound empathy for users combined with a strong business acumen.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence across various levels of the organization.

• Passion for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

• Strong belief in Kraken's mission.
