This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Conduct product discovery and research utilizing qualitative methods alongside behavioral and usage data.
• Take ownership and refine the vision and strategy for an exceptional cybersecurity learning experience, incorporating significant AI enhancements.
• Determine when AI should suggest, automate, or remain inactive, and implement clear user affordances.
• Collaborate closely with design teams and employ AI tools to prototype and brainstorm enhancements.
• Establish product requirements for AI-centric features and collaborate with engineering for their implementation.
• Work alongside founders and leadership to develop concepts and influence product strategy at the company level.
• Lead the cross-functional Learning Experience squad from inception to completion, ensuring timely planning and delivery of sprints.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with various stakeholders, driving development and validating products.
• Design and conduct A/B experiments to test concepts and confirm assumptions.
• Represent the Learning Experience team in company-wide roadmap planning and leadership reporting.
• Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS/software, with a strong sense of ownership over a product area.
• A proven history of launching and scaling complex, high-impact 0–1 features from vague problem statements to features with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in AI product management, including tool/model selection, workflow design, and assessing AI features for quality, accuracy, and edge cases.
• Strong leadership capabilities in product management, including data analysis, user research, writing, managing feature lifecycles, and leveraging insights for product decisions.
• Highly autonomous and organized, with experience overseeing multiple projects and sprints, prioritizing tasks, maintaining backlogs and documentation, and driving execution from discovery to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and discovery skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership, conduct product discovery workshops, and align cross-functional teams on priorities and outcomes.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience in EdTech or learning products, with a solid understanding of pedagogy and instructional design (desirable).
• Experience conducting experiments for SaaS businesses at various growth-funnel stages (desirable).
• A passion for cybersecurity (desirable).
• Experience in game development (desirable).
