• Develop and manage a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog that includes clear hypotheses, anticipated benefits, effort, dependencies, and current status.
• Identify the most critical assumptions for each initiative and design experiments with clear kill criteria.
• Conduct rapid experiments (such as spikes, prototypes, wizard-of-oz, pilots) and deliver “just enough” product to gather insights—avoiding overbuilding.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to launch pilots and equip them to capture significant signals.
• Distill outcomes into clear decisions: Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill—and avoid “zombie projects.”
• Produce streamlined decision logs and learning summaries to ensure alignment with leadership and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
• Identify GTM dependencies early on (such as positioning, enablement, pricing, legal, support, etc.) and coordinate efforts across functions.
• When the signal is robust, prepare a comprehensive handoff package detailing what was validated, supporting evidence, remaining risks, success metrics, and recommended scaling strategies.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager in 0→1 / incubation / new initiatives (or a comparable record).
• Strong product judgment and technical fluency: capable of writing specifications, assessing feasibility, understanding trade-offs, and identifying data needs.
• Comfortable taking the lead: minimal delegation with maximum ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct rapid, resourceful experiments and transition from uncertainty to clear decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills: able to create concise decision logs, learning summaries, and alignment documents.
• Leverages AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis while maintaining a high standard of judgment.
• Preferred: Experience in launching early-stage products in the market with measurable adoption or revenue signals.
• Experience collaborating closely with GTM teams on positioning, enablement, and initial go-to-market strategies.
• Private medical insurance for employees and their families.
• 24 paid vacation days annually.
• 18 paid public holidays each year.
• English language courses.
• Opportunities for relevant professional development.
• Access to a gym or swimming pool.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company provides support for purchasing furniture (such as an office chair, desk, monitor) and other items to create an ergonomic workspace.
• Co-working space availability.
• Remote work options.
