This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct rapid discovery initiatives across operational teams to pinpoint high-value, repeatable workflows where AI can significantly enhance performance.
• Take ownership of V1 end-to-end processes utilizing LLM APIs, no-code, and low-code tools; validate prototypes with actual users to demonstrate value before scaling up.
• Collaborate with the AI Ops Engineer to transform prototypes into dependable, maintainable, production-grade solutions.
• Comprehend the workflows of internal teams, identify points of friction, and create tools that seamlessly integrate into daily operations.
• Redesign workflows from foundational principles centered around AI capabilities.
• Develop rollout plans and usage playbooks for newly launched tools.
• Establish success metrics and take charge of adoption within user teams.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities and communicate these priorities to leadership.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and automation tools, models, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product and the Chief Product and Technology Officer to influence the internal AI product portfolio and functionality.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record in developing products and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Systems-thinking approach to comprehending operational workflows and user requirements.
• Practical experience with AI agents, prompts, documents, tools, and delegation.
• Strong intuition for LLM prompting, agent delegation, evaluation, accuracy, reliability, tone, and trustworthiness.
• Experience in creating AI tools, automation workflows, or internal tools.
• Technical proficiency to independently construct V1s.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong skills in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in deploying AI agents within operational settings.
• Knowledge of tools such as Gong, Intercom, Salesforce, or Glean.
• Comfort with Claude or OpenAI APIs, n8n, Glean, or Snowflake.
• Experience in reengineering human workflows around AI.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS operations and scalable efficiency levers.
