This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the user experience within Sumsub’s primary client dashboard.
• Revamp the dashboard's home page.
• Develop comprehensive activation flows that include product tours, checklists, contextual hints, and gamification elements.
• Establish a self-service communication system for pop-ups, feature adoption prompts, announcements, and promotional initiatives.
• Empower marketing and product teams to engage targeted users without the need for ongoing engineering support.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user funnels.
• Assess activation speed, feature adoption, and client retention rates.
• Oversee features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and milestone definition to alignment and launch.
• Facilitate collaboration among Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to synchronize business requests.
• Work together on the evolution of the service marketplace and Web SDK.
• Demonstrable experience in establishing clear milestones, navigating technical and design challenges, and delivering features to production.
• Strong communication abilities with a knack for aligning engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing onboarding funnels, formulating hypothesis-driven experiments, and enhancing activation and adoption metrics.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Previous experience with B2B SaaS platforms, intricate dashboards, or developer-centric product ecosystems is advantageous.
• Experience as a Product Manager or substantial Project Management experience with a product-oriented mindset.
