This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of SaaS products emphasizing user engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Oversee product development from the initial concept through to execution.
• Define and implement customer-focused product strategies.
• Assist Product Managers in establishing long-term strategies, success metrics, and competitive insights.
• Construct business cases for product initiatives that are in line with customer requirements and market trends.
• Monitor product performance and adapt strategies based on feedback and market opportunities.
• Supervise the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery while addressing roadblocks and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership regarding timelines, vision, and risks.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and idea validation within the team.
• Identify customer pain points and emerging trends to enhance product improvements and innovation.
• Cultivate a data-driven and experimentation-focused culture.
• Encourage the adoption of AI and automation technologies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Report on product progress and modify strategies based on business trends and customer insights.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and alignment for effective product delivery.
• Support the professional development of Product Managers and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in building B2B SaaS integrations through APIs.
• Proven experience in managing partner relationships.
• Experience in scaling partner ecosystems to achieve measurable business impact.
• Focus on marketplace extensibility.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in developing product vision and strategy from a customer-centric viewpoint.
• Strong track record of guiding products through their lifecycle using strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Robust business acumen with the ability to connect product metrics to business outcomes.
• Ability to successfully interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities and aligning multiple business areas.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and secure buy-in for product strategies.
• Experience reporting progress in business reviews and making data-driven adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation, continuous learning, and industry developments.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day.
