This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Take charge of Limble's integration strategy and roadmap encompassing ERP, HRIS, inventory/procurement, sensors/IoT, SCADA, and additional industrial operation systems.
β’ Discover integration opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, competitor insights, stakeholder feedback, and Limble's product vision.
β’ Define, manage, and promote the product roadmap from ideation and discovery through to prioritization, development, and iteration.
β’ Oversee the external API as a product, including its roadmap, versioning strategy, developer experience, and documentation.
β’ Manage the product surface utilized by partners, which includes the external API, connectors, integration patterns, and related documentation.
β’ Collaborate with the Partnerships team to enable scalable partner engagement through documentation, sample workflows, patterns, and reference architectures.
β’ Guide decisions on when to utilize Limble-developed integrations versus partner-built connectors while upholding enterprise standards for reliability, SLAs, scalability, and security.
β’ Work closely with the scrum team as an embedded product owner, defining workflows, writing functional and technical requirements, and making daily delivery decisions.
β’ Develop repeatable integration patterns and frameworks to minimize future integration costs.
β’ Coordinate dependencies with core product and platform PMs, negotiate sequencing, provide recommendations, and represent integration requirements in architecture and roadmap planning.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Leadership in Integrations, with evidence of owning a roadmap instead of executing someone else's.
β’ Experience in building integrations that support a partner ecosystem, focusing on integrations and APIs that third parties can build upon, rather than just point-to-point customer connections.
β’ Background in manufacturing or industrial operations; experience within plants, production environments, maintenance teams, or industrial operators.
β’ Proven ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into justifiable prioritization decisions.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to executives, leading customer and prospect discussions independently, and drafting actionable requirements.
β’ Experience in external/public API product ownership, including versioning and managing consumer migration.
β’ Proficient in structured integration requirements, data mappings, event models, and synchronization design.
β’ History of managing cross-team dependencies and fostering alignment with peer product managers.
β’ Understanding of operational workflows across ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility/asset management systems.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, applying them judiciously.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship.
