This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, validate, and convey the product vision and strategy for designated areas.
• Take ownership of product roadmaps, providing updates on status, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to prioritize the product area and manage cross-team interdependencies.
• Engage in product pricing and packaging decisions.
• Conduct user and market research focusing on personas, customer segments, and competitors.
• Leverage AI-assisted research and synthesis while confirming findings with actual customers.
• Formulate hypotheses, define disconfirming evidence, and execute lightweight experiments.
• Query, chart, and analyze product and usage data to identify opportunities.
• Work alongside Design on exploratory, interaction, and fit-and-finish tasks.
• Create low- and mid-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes utilizing the design system and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Convert user needs into problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with the Engineering team.
• Oversee prioritization and backlog management as the main point of contact for technical teams.
• Utilize feature flags, staged rollouts, and internal dogfooding to facilitate frequent releases.
• Set product goals and monitor outcome metrics.
• Lead product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
• Supply positioning, demos, and enablement materials for product launches.
• Track post-launch metrics and customer feedback, integrating insights into the roadmap.
• Over 3 years of experience in agile product management.
• Profound understanding of product management methodologies spanning discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing AI tools for daily product tasks, including research synthesis, drafting and validating specifications, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Good judgment regarding when AI output necessitates human verification.
• Practical ability to create mockups and interactive prototypes using a design system and contemporary prototyping tools like Figma, component libraries, and AI prototyping tools.
• Capability to independently write or generate queries, interpret dashboards, and quantify opportunities.
• Experience in conducting user and market research and synthesizing needs and opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills to advocate for the product area and articulate user and business requirements.
• Ability to identify and collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to address ambiguous challenges.
• Self-driven, with strong task and time management abilities.
• Nice to have: experience delivering AI- or ML-powered product functionalities, including evaluation, accuracy thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, and building user trust.
• Nice to have: background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, especially in logistics, supply chain, or financial operations.
• Nice to have: familiarity with feature flagging, A/B testing, and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Nice to have: experience working with data or platform teams on API- and integration-intensive products.
