This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +41 more states.
β’ Act as the lead Product Lifecycle Manager for a top-tier U.S. service provider.
β’ Propel the strategic roadmap from 5G to 6G transitions.
β’ Manage product lifecycles, updates, and software launches for mobility, IoT, and new technology architectures.
β’ Enhance IoT and Edge AI initiatives.
β’ Convert intricate customer technology needs into product specifications and execution strategies.
β’ Steer network evolution from current 5G deployments toward architectures that are 5G-Advanced and 6G-ready.
β’ Recognize and compile growth opportunities in Edge AI, AI inferencing, and mobility infrastructure.
β’ Coordinate IoT Control Center business teams, mobility divisions, and Cisco product organizations around a cohesive service provider value proposition.
β’ Develop data-driven business cases that link Cisco technology with quantifiable customer results.
β’ Interact with senior customer executives and internal leadership to refine strategic positioning and articulate roadmaps.
β’ Influence cross-functional teams and align collaborators across a complex, matrixed organization.
β’ Manage risks and navigate uncertain environments with a high degree of autonomy.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in product management, product lifecycle management, solution architecture, service provider networking, mobility, IoT, or related technological fields.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
β’ Familiarity with mobility technologies and standards, including 3GPP, LTE/4G, 5G, 5G-Advanced, and emerging 6G concepts.
β’ Experience with service provider networks, mobility solutions, or extensive telecom infrastructure.
β’ Proven track record of supporting strategic customers and translating their needs into product specifications and business results.
β’ Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership, customer executives, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Capability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence teams without direct authority.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
β’ Preferred: Experience collaborating with Tier-1 U.S. service providers.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Cisco mobility solutions, IoT Control Center, CMP platforms, or service provider SaaS offerings.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of AI RAN, Edge AI, AI infrastructure, AI inferencing, and network modernization.
β’ Preferred: Experience in developing business cases, customer growth strategies, roadmap proposals, or plans for commercial expansion.
