Senior Product Manager – Installed Systems, Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop product roadmaps informed by usability studies, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and collaboration with the development team.

• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents as well as Market Requirement Documents.

• Formulate business cases and take responsibility for the financial strategy related to products and the portfolio.

• Draft comprehensive product requirements for Audinate’s engineering teams and OEM/ODM partners.

• Communicate the product vision through presentations to stakeholders.

• Assist sales and marketing teams in establishing rollout strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Track product financial and quality metrics, leveraging data to enhance product performance and capabilities.

• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends.

• Manage tradeshows and spearhead the promotion of product lines.

• Provide support to the Installed Systems Development Team.

• Oversee the complete life cycle of the “Whole Product.”

• Innovate a completely new product category within Audinate’s AV platform.

• Conceptualize products and features and effectively market them to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on whole product methodologies, including aspects of Product Marketing.

• Knowledge of “AV system design,” particularly in video systems utilizing AV-over-IP technology within the installed AV industry.

• Familiarity with AV-over-IP video products, technologies, and systems.

• Experience in agile development and rapid product development cycles.

• Experience managing relationships with OEM/ODM partners is advantageous.

• Proven AV system design skills, certifications, and expertise in one or more of the following: Q-SYS, Crestron, Visionary Solutions, and similar AV-over-IP systems.

• AIPMM certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in technical AV sales is a plus.

• A degree in Engineering or Business is preferable.
