Operational Product Manager – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Team in organizing and managing daily operational tasks.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance product-related processes, workflows, and operational methods.

• Offer insights and suggestions for improving the product, user experience, and internal product operations.

• Collaborate with product stakeholders to pinpoint inefficiencies, challenges, and areas for product enhancement.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication among Product, Engineering, Operations, and other pertinent teams.

• Plan, prepare, and lead meetings, workshops, and working sessions.

• Set meeting agendas, document key decisions, monitor action items, and ensure follow-up on agreed next steps.

• Maintain transparency and alignment concerning priorities, initiatives, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Develop and enhance internal product documentation, process guidelines, and communication materials.

• Assist in the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the Platform team.

• Engage in discussions regarding product enhancements, operational challenges, and team efficiency.

• Create summaries, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders as needed.

• Take responsibility for additional strategic and operational tasks assigned by the Head of Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in product management, product operations, or a similar product-oriented role.

• Familiarity with Casino Platform or iGaming products.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and the product development lifecycle.

• Good technical acumen and effective communication skills with Engineering and technical teams.

• Insight into how product, development, and operational processes interrelate.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Confidence in coordinating communication among various teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent skills in meeting facilitation and follow-up.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Capability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into actionable recommendations.

• Passion for product management, technology, and ongoing improvement.

• Fluency in English and Russian languages.
