Senior Product Manager – Implementation, Partner Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop product strategy, vendor partner roadmap, and digital experiences for member navigation and guidance.

• Spearhead digital product collaboration with external partners in guidance, navigation, and value-based care.

• Establish signal and outcome flows within Gravie’s member navigation framework.

• Manage the roadmap for member outcomes, operator workflows, campaign and eligibility logic, and outcome tracking.

• Implement member navigation programs from a digital product standpoint.

• Define workflows for guidance, handoffs, and interdependent cross-team processes.

• Establish and oversee guidance outcome metrics in collaboration with clinical and care teams.

• Manage member escalation and resolution processes across internal teams.

• Enhance processes to prioritize and address member escalations.

• Discover digital product opportunities to boost Gravie Care's scaling efficiency.

• Evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner options for the case management platform.

• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI to enhance personalization and efficiency at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in digital product management or related fields.

• In-depth knowledge in care navigation, provider/drug guidance, or pharmacy benefits.

• Proven track record in designing and assessing the causality between outreach efforts and claim impacts.

• Familiarity with how health plans reimburse for care, including deductibles, accumulators, and claims processes.

• Experience in selecting or implementing operational platforms like case management or CRM systems.

• Background in managing relationships with external partners.
