Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the bank regarding assigned functional workstreams.

• Validate project scope and outline the conversion strategy, timeline, bank obligations, and dependencies.

• Identify requirements, decisions, dependencies, and bank-specific considerations utilizing project documentation.

• Manage the functional delivery plan, which includes milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, owners, and outstanding issues.

• Lead or facilitate regular status meetings, converting specialist updates into actionable decisions, responsibilities, and next steps.

• Ensure the bank is prepared for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition to NuPoint.

• Oversee go-live coverage, transition support, exception management, and escalation processes.

• Verify the completion of designated functional responsibilities and monitor post-conversion tasks.

• Assist in the transition to Customer Experience.

• Coordinate implementation workstreams throughout the post-conversion stabilization phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Required knowledge and/or experience in banking operations.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience.

• Preferred experience in team and/or project management.

• Proficient mathematical skills.

• Proven verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong reasoning skills.

• Computer proficiency, specifically in the MS-Office suite.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Managerial skills are a plus.

• Administrative skills are necessary.

• Analytical skills are essential.

• Networking abilities are advantageous.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capable of persuasion and negotiation.
