This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Articulate the long-term vision and growth strategy for a novel private credit valuations product.
• Leverage insights into valuation personas, advancements in AI/ML/LLM, and the FinTech landscape to conceptualize and launch a commercially viable product.
• Oversee product initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure opportunities are thoroughly vetted, defined, designed, and delivered.
• Foster relationships with target personas and establish user forums, working groups, as well as Alpha/Beta testing initiatives.
• Collect user feedback and refine new features accordingly.
• Participate in relevant industry conferences to promote and market the product.
• Facilitate strategic discussions both internally and externally regarding the new product line.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement product roadmaps while securing buy-in from executives and the client community.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B FinTech product management.
• Profound understanding of the private capital market landscape, valuation workflows, and the private credit asset class.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Aha and Pendo.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• CFA or CAIA designation is preferred.
• Must have the indefinite right to work in the United States.
