Senior Product Manager – Healthcare, PBM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product teams throughout the entire process

• Establish and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Administer the full product lifecycle management

• Develop and oversee Epics, Features, and User Stories

• Compose user stories and maintain the product backlog

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business, and IT departments

• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product priorities

• Address risks, issues, roadblocks, and strategic challenges

• Convert business requirements into technical and product solutions

• Organize release plans and ensure readiness for production

• Propel product execution and lifecycle activities from start to finish

• Rapidly grasp the product landscape and operate independently

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in IT / Digital Product Management

• At least 5 years in a dedicated Product Manager position

• Proven experience in leading product teams end-to-end

• Experience in the healthcare industry

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire product lifecycle

• Practical experience with Epics, Features, and User Stories

• Proficient in story writing and backlog management

• Background in collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business, and IT teams

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Capability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Proven experience in managing risks, issues, roadblocks, and strategic challenges

• Extensive Agile / Scrum experience

• Ability to translate business needs into technical/product solutions

• Technical knowledge with an understanding of cloud platforms and product technologies

• Experience in product execution, release planning, and ensuring production readiness

• Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)

• Preferred experience in the Healthcare / Pharmacy domain

• CSPO / SAFe POPM certification is preferred

• Preferred experience in UX / Design collaboration

• Familiarity with product analytics, telemetry, and success metrics is preferred

• Long-term experience with an organization/product team

• Ability to quickly adapt, understand the product domain, work independently, manage stakeholders, and drive the product lifecycle from start to finish
