This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Collaborate across internal teams to pinpoint significant opportunities and establish strategies for enhancing platform scalability.
⢠Develop the strategic product vision and oversee the execution of the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives to meet key business goals.
⢠Manage the entire product development lifecycle by creating operational rhythms that sustain team efficiency, ensure high-quality outputs at scale, and refine the cross-functional build process.
⢠Monitor overall program metrics and communicate program health to executive stakeholders.
⢠Work closely with channel partners to uncover new opportunities.
⢠Partner with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to facilitate a smooth transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding.
⢠Gather feedback to further enhance the product roadmap.
⢠Actively identify and address risks that may affect the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
⢠Promote continuous improvement by assessing and refining processes and methodologies.
⢠Lead product planning and launches while collaborating with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teams.
⢠Implement product strategies and achieve business objectives.
⢠Over 5 years of experience in product management with a proven history of strategic execution and delivering products at scale in a software development context.
⢠Highly organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
⢠Strong quantitative analytical abilities and a strategic yet tactical mindset to solve problems and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
⢠Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
⢠A keen curiosity and passion for learning more about users, the market, the product, and the competitive landscape.
⢠Proven leadership and proactive ownership in strategic decision-making; results-driven mindset.
⢠Experience collaborating with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the organization and other product teams.
⢠Proven experience in defining and launching 0-1 features.
⢠A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
