This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the freemium strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for all direct-to-consumer products.
• Identify, validate, and introduce free experiences that attract users and transition them to paid subscriptions.
• Enhance the experience for free users from sign-up and activation to upgrade.
• Utilize AI to enhance user experiences, collaborating with Engineering and Legal/Compliance teams.
• Manage the product roadmap for the website, landing pages, and checkout processes with a focus on conversion impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to leverage Segment, Iterable, and Ketch for nurturing, lifecycle, and consent experiences.
• Ensure that tracking and instrumentation deliver a dependable view of funnel performance.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing at scale with defined hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics and Mixpanel and integrate it with user research to gain insights into conversion behavior.
• Collaborate with the CMO and Marketing teams to align on goals and priorities.
• Lead agile delivery with a team of 4–5 engineers and an embedded design resource.
• Present strategies and results to the CPO, CMO, and leadership forums.
• Expand the document review experience and launch additional freemium offerings within the first year.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, focusing on growth, acquisition, or conversion.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-traffic websites, landing pages, or checkout experiences.
• Experience with large-scale experimentation, possessing the statistical acumen to interpret results accurately.
• Practical experience with marketing technology platforms and the Google Analytics suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in freemium, free trial, or product-led growth, especially in converting free users to paid subscribers.
• Preferred experience with Mixpanel, Segment, Ketch, and/or Iterable.
• Strongly preferred experience with consumer-facing AI products.
• Experience with D2C subscription businesses is highly preferred.
• Capability to work remotely with reliable internet access and effectively engage in phone and video meetings.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
