This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead a specialized growth team aimed at transforming registered users into active customers or creating product-led acquisition channels.
• Take ownership of growth KPIs associated with user acquisition or activation, along with their effects on revenue and unit economics.
• Conceptualize, implement, and refine growth initiatives on a weekly basis.
• Maintain a backlog of experiments with defined hypotheses and success metrics.
• Utilize quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and CAC/LTV economics to prioritize investment opportunities.
• Guide a cross-functional team that includes engineering, design, data, and marketing professionals.
• Identify and mitigate friction points across funnels, onboarding processes, and growth channels.
• Design and expand product-led growth loops.
• Collaborate with other growth teams throughout the entire user journey.
• Present the growth strategy, experiment outcomes, and roadmap choices to executive stakeholders during quarterly strategy evaluations.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management.
• Minimum of 2 years dedicated to growth, activation, acquisition, or product-led growth within a consumer or fintech organization.
• Proven history of influencing growth metrics, showcasing specific measurable outcomes.
• Capability to write SQL as necessary.
• Proficient in designing experiments with statistical rigor.
• Competence in making decisions informed by CAC/LTV modeling.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods that encompass engineering, design, marketing, and data.
• Strong skills in strategic communication and business-case writing.
• Regular daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Nice-to-have: experience in Canadian fintech or regulated financial services.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with product analytics, martech, and BI tools.
• Nice-to-have: experience with A/B testing platforms like Eppo or Optimizely.
• Nice-to-have: background in behavioral economics, incentive design, or conversion optimization.
